Dress Code Fashion Show

Good evening and welcome to
Miller South 2009-2010 Orientation.


MAKE A BETTER WORLD is our theme this school year. We've decided that to help make a better world, GREEN is the New Pink!

Though it may be extremely hot, the show must go on!

Wanted to post a short video clip - but it won't load. So, i took pictures from the second show to post here! Dress Code fashion show for those of you who missed it or just did not get enough the first time around!

Hello to all of you out in Miller South land! As our 2009-2010 school year quickly approaches I wanted to put these pictures out there for you to view! Hmm, does this look familiar?
Hint, you haven't forgotten this place have you?

Bet you've got it now! Yes, it IS Miller South School! Maybe some of you Googlemaps satellite enthusiasts have seen this view on line, but believe me, there is nothing more exhilarating than taking these pictures from 1000 feet above the Akron terrain, from the window of a 4 seater cessna! (More details and pictures for our 6th graders later - but this was worth showing to everyone!) Looking forward to hearing about your wonderful summer experiences too! Mrs. Kalaitsides

New school hours for 09-10 school year

The school day is changing for Miller South students this year. Students must be in the auditorium at 8 a.m. and the school day will end at 3 p.m. The change means students will be arriving and finishing 10 minutes earlier than years past.

First day of school is Aug. 26!

Miller South staff finishes great 2008-09 year

The school year officially ended June 4 with tearful eighth graders in the halls, but the work for Miller South's teachers and support staff continues into the summer break.
